Shipping Information

We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500.
For orders below Rs. 2,500, standard delivery charges will apply.
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays or sales.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, returns are only accepted if:

  • You receive a damaged or broken item

  • The wrong product is delivered

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or allergic reactions after usage.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and product photo. Once approved, a return or exchange will be processed promptly.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days via bank transfer or issued as store credit — depending on your preference.
